Shipping PolicyOrders placed before 4:00pm PST are shipped the next day. We try to utilize small parcel carriers such as UPS, but in the event your order is past UPS limitations, we will send it via motor freight.
Orders in Southern California will arrive in 1-3 business days, the remainder of California 2-4 days, Western US 3-5 days, and Eastern 5-7 days.
Orders under $100 have a small handling fee. Free shipping for orders over $100 is available only in the contiguous 48 states. Please call for shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii as additional freight charges apply.
If you require special shipping arrangements, such as expedited delivery, please call us so that we may arrange it; however, additional charges will apply for expedited freight.
Please note for all shipments, if product is damaged in transit, the customer must a file claim with the carrier.
Returns, Damaged or Defective ProductWe offer a 30 Day Guarantee on Returns for any reason. However, you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility. Some items may have re-stocking fees, and custom items are not returnable. We will gladly refund the purchase price or credit the amount against the purchase of another item.
In the case of damaged or defective items not caused by the carrier, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund once you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any shipping or handling fees. However, if product was damaged during transit, the customer must a file claim with the carrier.
To process a return, please call 1-818-768-5665 for a Return Authorization Number. Have your order number ready and the reason for return, replacement, or refund. Remember to write the Return Authorization Number and Order Number on the outside of the package. Non-defective merchandise must be returned in 100% saleable condition to qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Sales Tax / Resellers / Tax Exempt StatusSales tax is charged for orders shipped to California.
You may qualify for Tax Exempt Status if:
- Our items are a “component” of the product your company manufactures or builds
- You are re-selling our items to another party
- Your company as an organization has tax exempt status such as a charity or educational institution.
To apply for tax exempt status, please print and fill out the
Reseller Application Form with appropriate information. Upon completion, please fax to 1-818-768-9442. Until we have this on file, we must charge you sales tax for California shipments.
All orders cannot exceed a grand total of $10,000.00. In the case of this event, please call us to place your order.
